Check in: the time of arrival must
be agreed upon when the reservation is made, but should however be
somewhere between 3 and 6 o'clock in the afternoon.

| Check out: the apartment should be
left before 11 o'clock in the morning, a different time can be agreed
upon at the time of reservation. |
| Booking terms: at the moment of booking you are asked
to desposite a down payment of 30% of the total price. The down payment
can be paid by postal order or money transfer: |

of the down payment will be refunded, administrive costs
